In basketball betting, a player steal predicts the number of steals a specific player will record in a game, inclusive of overtime.
A steal occurs when a defender legally takes possession of the ball from an offensive player without fouling.
A steal is credited to a player that legally takes the ball away from an opponent, intercepts a pass, or otherwise obtains possession on the ball following an opponent's turnover (provided the ball has remained inbounds and the clock has not stopped).
The market option is available for some basketball games on the MSport betting platform. It can be found under the category for “Players” in the eligible basketball games.
To navigate to the market option, click on Sports and scroll down to BASKETBALL and select the desired game on the list featured.
