While snapping your bank card for verification, place the card on a flat surface and ensure that the 4 edges of the card show on the photo.
Note also that:
• Carrying the card in the palm to snap will not be accepted by the system.
• The photo of the card must be in high resolution. This means that the picture must not come out looking blurry, and every number on the card must still be visible.
