Account Name Change

According to MSport "one customer one account" policy, each customer can only own one account on MSport.  This is a security measure to ensure that the funds of Msport customers is safe 

By any event the system captures account name other than the  account name of customer.

the customer has to request for an account name change

Kindly note that all documents must be sent to prospective email addresses assigned to it with security questions attached to it. Customer must provide full details for it to be verified before review will be done.
Please go through the following steps to change your withdrawal account name
Step 1: Please state the name you want to use as corresponding with your bank account assets
Step 2:The photos or bank statements of all your deposit bank cards/accounts that you used to top up your msport account.
The email will be reviewed and replied within 7 working days.
After your materials passed verification, your MSport Account Name will be reset and you can set a new MSport Account Name.
Step 3: kindly forward the documents to email address:
