INTRODUCTION
American Football is a high-scoring sport where teams combine touchdowns, field goals, extra points, and sometimes safeties to put points on the board. Because scoring can come in many ways, betting markets have been designed to give fans multiple opportunities to engage with different parts of a game.
The 1st Half Odd/Even market lets you predict whether the total points scored by both teams in the first half will be an odd number or an even number. This is a simple but exciting bet that focuses only on the opening two quarters, giving bettors action early in the game without waiting for the full-time result.
UNDERSTANDING HOW IT WORKS
Only points scored in the 1st half (1st & 2nd quarters) count.
Overtime is not included, since this bet is settled at halftime.
ODD = total points ending in 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9 etc.
EVEN = total points ending in 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8 etc.
A 0–0 halftime score is settled as Even.
The result is based on the official score from the match report.
Examples:
If the halftime score is 14–10 (total 24) → Even wins.
If the halftime score is 13–10 (total 23) → Odd wins.
Quick Understanding of Odd/Even
Odd = Any total that cannot be divided evenly by 2.
Even = Any total that can be divided evenly by 2 (including 0).
Focus is on combined points scored by both teams, not individual teams.
