Msport has grouped the types of transactions into various categories to make locating or searching for specific transaction (s) easier. All forms of transactions, be it deposits, withdrawals, refunds, bets, or winnings. are recorded and stored in the user's account to make it easier for the user to locate a particular transaction or for future verification or security risk issues. These transactions are grouped into their various category based on the type of transaction. All the transactions can be found under the bigger category (ALL CATEGORY), which is the default view under the transaction page. Users can also choose a specific category to view transactions under that category.
Below are the steps to view the various categories under transactions.
STEP 1:
1. Login to your MSport account using the registered mobile number.
While you enter your number, please be sure of the selected country code.
The country code is the three numbers that comes before the phone number.
STEP 2: Click on "My Account" from the top right corner as shown
STEP 3: Click on MY TRANSACTIONS
STEP 4: From the MY TRANSACTIONS home page, click on the ALL CATEGORY tab as shown below to switch between specific categories of transactions as shown.
