Msport as a betting platform sends notifications to users as a form of communication or passing information to users. Users can activate notifications under betting (in-play or winnings), promotions, vouchers, technical issues (verifications), and others. When the user activates these notification systems under the required sections, Msport sends the notification(s) to the user when the section is toggled on in the account. This helps the user get the latest updates from Msport and also follow keen on his or her bet staked. The user can turn on notifications of the Msport webpage on a web browser application to get notifications from Msport when logged in. Below are the steps the user can follow to turn on the notification of the Msport webpage on a web browser.
STEP 1: Open the Msport web page and make sure you are logged in (www.msport.com)
STEP 2: Select and click on the settings icon beside the URL page as seen below
STEP 3: Toggle between on and off to switch between on and off of the notification settings of the Msport webpage as shown below
NB: Always make sure the device system notification settings are turned on or not placed on DND mode. When this happens, even if the web page notification is turned on, the notification will not reach the user because the device notification system is off and that is the main path to which the notification will be displayed.
