Charge attempted do honor is an error response sent by a customers bank when a transaction is declined or a restriction has been put on the users account for reasons best known to them. This could happen for various reasons, such as insufficient funds, security flags or temporary holds placed on the users account
What do we do when we encounter this issue?
1. Inform the customer about the decline, explaining the issue originates from their bank.
2. Advise the user to reach out to the bank for more clarification and possible resolution
