A leg is a single game in the sport of darts. Most darts matches are played over a number of legs. Alternatively, a match may be divided into sets, with each set being contested often on a first to 3 legs or first to 5 legs basis.
Not all competitions are the same, but for the final of the World Darts Championship, it's first to win seven sets.
The final is a best of 13 sets, meaning the winner will be whoever is first to seven sets. There are three legs in each set. To win a leg, a player must get from 501 down to zero, with their final dart being a double
