How To Add A New Bank Account

It has been observed that our customers get confused while trying to make a withdrawal by claiming to be adding a new card or a new bank account which in turn  becomes an issue. For withdrawal, customers cannot add a new bank card as money cannot be withdrawn into a bank card but the bank account linked with the bank card.

 

However, customers can only add a new bank account only if the account is used for deposit and it  is not among the automatic  listed eligible bank accounts to be withdrawn into. And this mostly happens  with a wallet accounts such as Opay, Palmpay, Monie point etc . When this is experienced, customers can add the new account  by clicking on the add new account under the withdrawal page:

Click on dropped down arrow

Select withdraw into a new account 

Select the bank name 

Input account number 

And type the amount you are withdrawing 

 

 

NB:MSport gives priority for withdrawal into the same bank account used in funding an MSport account and the bank account must have the same name as the name used in registering an MSport account. If you choose another bank account for withdrawal, we may need to conduct a further risk review.
