Bank Transfer Not Arrived.

Kindly confirm if your bank account has been debited but the amount has not reflected on your MSport account. If yes, don't worry, you can file a dispute to Paystack and the money will be refunded.

The bank transfer dispute steps are as follows:

1. Please select the transaction record where you encountered the problem and copy the related references.

2. Send a email to Paystack < [e-mail]>, attach the reference and other deposit proof for reversal.

3. Provide necessary information as prompted by the email, such as bank name, bank account number and account name.

4. Paystack refunds the money to customer's bank account.
