Security Mail

Please find below steps on how to set up security mail;

1. Login to your MSport account using the registered mobile number
2. Click on the "Me" icon at the top right where you have the balance
3. On the next page displayed, click on your mobile number or nickname at the top of the page
4. Select "security email" on the list of options
5. Complete the verification steps on the next page displayed
6. Submit the information and documents filled in on the page, then exercise patience for 3 business days for the team to verify your documents
   
7.  Once this is completed, you will be able to use the email to find your withdraw/login password and also get a verification code to reset passwords.
   
   N.B  The Security Email cannot be modified once verified.
