How to view my transactions :
- Login to your account and click on "Me".
- Go to "TRANSACTIONS" option to see transaction details.
#What happened when the transaction shows 'Pending' or 'Failed' :
You can click to enter the transaction record details, where you can view the progress of the specific transaction and the corresponding prompt information. If you have any doubts about the content, please copy the corresponding transaction code and submit it to the online customer service, we will solve it for you in time.
#How can I found a specific transaction :
a) Fliter by trade type and status, and trade time rage.
b) Search with the Trade ID / Ticket ID / Amount
There are some transaction records that I am not operating :
a) If an account such as abnormal bet records and withdrawal records is found to be leaked, please contact customer service and change your password in time.
b) It may be due to a long time transaction record (such as withdrawal or recharge), the status changes from pending to successful, please check if there is any problem with the corresponding transaction record.

#MSport prompts my account may have security issues :
For security purposes, we have set up a series of risk procedures to evaluate our customers behaviors (rules will not be specified). If customers violate any of the rules, customers will be in our grey list and the money they try to withdraw will be frozen. MSport will then evaluate series of customers’ records. If customers are judged as normal, we will eliminate their accounts from the list and allow the transfer of money. On the other hand, if customers are judged as abnormal, we will require a series of electronic documents to be sent to a designated e-mail address for further evaluation. If the customer failed the evaluation, MSport will have someone contact the customer for the next step verification. If the customer passed the evaluation, MSport will allow the transfer of money and change the account status to normal.
