    I actually deposited 7000, in the morning, which I lost. I deposited another 2000 twice. Later won 7000 with one of 2000. I staked several games; in the end, was having only 6000 on my balance at night. I tried withdrawing, MSPORT refused to pay.

    From your description， if you have staked 7000 Naira in total, you can withdraw 14000 Naira at the most. This is MSport withdrawal policy. just as the following picture shows.

    I am not sure whether you are blocked by their risk control system or not. If you are, you should get the relevant prompt message, and you can reach out to their Customer Service Team for further help.

    So... does this mean that if my total stake is 150,000 and maybe I have previously withdrawn up to 290,000 in the last 6 months. If I incidentally won 500,000. I can't withdraw it all?

    Hello dymconcepts, you can.
    The allowable withdraw amount is the bigger number of the double of your total stake amount, or the double of your total winning amount.
