How to upload a picture or short video through live chat?

During the live chat, the customers can click the "pin" button at the bottom to upload pictures and videos.

Then choose the file you want to upload, and it will be uploaded in the live chat.

The first button at the bottom is to end the chat.

The last button at the bottom is to show more options.
