How To Verify a Frozen Account

When our Risk Control System detects that a customer has some risks i.e customer's account security has been compromised, the account will be frozen automatically or manually.

To verify your account, kindly follow the steps provided below:

For security concerns. Please send the following documents to our email address for verification: [e-mail]
1. The photo of your identity card (both sides) to prove this is your account.
2. The photo of all the deposit & withdraw bank card (both sides), and bank account statement (PDF) to prove the ownership of the bank card and bank account.
The documents will be checked within 7 working days, thank you for your patience.
