Nowadays, some 4G customers reaching out to us that they can not access our website. After troubleshooting, we found that their DNS are being modifed. The following is one method to resolve this issue in the chome browser.
1st, click the icon on the top right corner of the chrome browser.
2nd, click the Settings option in the dropdown list.
3rd, click the "Privacy and Security" option.
4th, click the Security Option.
5th, use Secure DNS.
6th, choose another DNS provider.
7th, please choose Cloudflare or Google in the dropdown list.
After you finished the above 7 steps, you can access your website again in the chrome browser.
