Online Verification Process

When our Risk Control System detects that one customer has some risks, his account will be frozen automatically.

To verify your account, kindly follow the steps provided below:
1. Visit www.msport.com/ng (If you are using a web browser)

2. Login to your MSport account (Input your registered phone number and password)

3. Click on the 'ME" icon- the portrait beside your main balance at the top right corner of the MSport page

4. Click on "My Transactions"

5. Click on "Verify"

6. Click on ''Instant Withdrawal'', if all the cards/accounts used both for withdrawal and deposits belongs to same user. (Note that you can only withdraw back to the card/account used to deposit)

7. Click on "Verification", if the cards/accounts used both for deposit and withdrawals belongs to different users and follow the onscreen instructions. 

Please be informed that these documents will be verified within 3 business days and once the documents are cleared, the freeze on your account will be lifted and you will be able to carry out your transactions
