My Transaction Is Pending, But The Money Has Been Debited From My Account

A pending transaction shows up when a merchant has accepted your payment, but it has not yet fully processed. It generally only takes a couple of minutes for transactions to fully process and post to your MSport account, but could sometimes take a bit longer due to network issues from the merchant.

Therefore, if you experience pending transaction while trying to make a deposit on MSport account, we will advise you to exercise patient as the money will reflect into your MSport account and perhaps the transaction failed,the money will be reversed back to your account. First, check your bank statement to see if the money has been reversed.
