First Deposit Policy

To make a deposit on MSport platform has never been easier. This follows a unique pattern of filling in your card or bank account details in a safe and secured MSport online environment.

It is pertinent to note that any verification information will only be used for payment, MSport will not retain any customer's private information.

What are the limits for Deposits and how much does the Charge Fee cost :

1. Minimum per transaction is NGN 100.00.

2. Maximum per transaction is NGN 9,999,999.00.

3. All Deposits are free of charges.

Authorization Process For Deposit :

OTP(One Time Password) verification verifies email address/mobile number of users by sending verification code(OTP) during registration by the bank to ascertain that the rightful owner is the one processing the deposit transaction.

3-D Secure (short for Three Domain Secure) for certain users and banks is an extra level of security to ensure that every transaction done with a card is authorized the rightful owner. This is put in place to reduce fraudulent activities in online credit and debit card transactions.

How long does it take for the transaction to be processed and for the deposited amount to be credited into an account :

Just as the case for withdrawal, transactions are processed immediately. If an account balance remains unchanged, please check transaction history  for more details. If there is no updated information about the transaction, please contact our MSport's Customer Service team at any time.

Also, note that trying to deposit with multiple bank cards/accounts  at the same time may not be successful.
