Account Verification Process

Msport platform do not support a user withdrawing into a bank account different from the one he deposited with. If such is going to happen, a verification process will be required to confirm authenticity of the account before such transaction is processed successfully.
Customer will be required to provide some documents for verification, after which his account will be returned to normal and the pending/blocked transactions processed.
The Fraud Management Department will be the one to receive the documents and review it. And once the documents are clear enough to prove ownership of account, the restriction will be lifted and the withdrawal transaction(s) processed.

Below are the documents required for verification which will be sent to [e-mail]

1. Screenshot of your identity card(both sides)

2. Screenshot of all deposit cards (both sides)

3. Screenshot of the bank card you are withdrawing into (both sides)

4. Registered phone number on MSport platform

These documents will be verified within 2 business days and once the documents are cleared enough, the freeze on the account will be lifted and customer will be able to carry out his transactions.
