Regular rules and questions

• Standard explanation regarding Void.

In the case of any obviously incorrectly displayed or calculated prices, we reserve the right to void betting. This includes a deviation of more than 100% in the pay-out compared to the market average.

In the case of an incorrect settlement of markets, we reserve the right to correct them anytime.

In the case of any bet with the special market, like Home no Bet, Draw no bet, or Away no Bet, we may void the bet according to the explanation of the market. e.g. If the customer places a bet on DNB, and the result is draw, his selection will be void.

• Standard explanations regarding Rollback

Rollback usually happens when there is an error settlement about the match result. Under this condition, we will retrieve the winnings of relevant customers. If the customers’ winnings became negative, we will compensate our customers based on a certain sequence until their balance became zero. Eventually, we will re-distribute the winnings according to the final outcome. If we have already compensated a certain amount to customers, this amount will be deducted from their winnings.

• Standard explanation regarding Ticket Unsettled

1. We have not received bet settlement information from our supplier and are waiting.
2. Supplier have not provided the correct bet settlement information and we are waiting.
3. For competition delay due to external reasons, and market is unsettled for the past 48 hours, we automatically set the market to void.

• Standard explanationregarding Big Winnings

When customers’ single bet winnings exceed Naira 500,000 (Temporary, Adjustable), we will do a manual verification to ensure the accuracy of winnings. Usually, the verification process could take up to 3 business days. If more time is spent, please contact our CS agent to resolve this issue.

• Standard explanation regrading failed bets

When selections are valid, and balance are sufficient, betting could fail under the following circumstances

1. Filtered by MSport risk system;
2. MSport product service has anomalies. This should be fixed momentarily.

Market is not available under the following conditions

1. Some markets are not available because the match is terminated, or penalty kick

Cashout is unavailable on virtual betting.
