ROLLBACK

Rollback generally occurs when we incorrectly settle the results of a  match due to wrong or delayed information from our data providers. In this case, we will reclaim the winning amount for the affected ticket. If such amount has been withdrawn, then the affected balance will be negative.

If the affected ticket is supposed to be settled as won, then MSport will resettle the ticket and re-send the prize based on the final result of the outcome. If MSport have already compensated the customer for the amount, then this part of the amount will be removed when the final prize is sent.
