Background: To attract more new customers, and the customers who have registered, but not placed a bet.

Summary: During this promotion time, if the customer’s first bet was lost, he will be returned a no minimum stake required voucher same as his lost stake. The maximum voucher is up to 200 NGN.

1. How to participate in the First Bet Refunds promotion?

Register on MSport, then place your first bet on MSport with any events and markets of sports betting, you'll participate in this promotion automatically (Jackpot and Spin Game are not included). If your first bet is a loss, we'll refund your money acutally paid in that bet as vouchers (Up to ₦200). First bet with a Won, Void outcome or be cashed out before settles will not be considered and the following second bet will not be applied to this promotion.

2. When will I get the reward/refunds? 

Reward/Vouchers will be credited in 24 hours to your account after your qualified bet settles. (Remember that you can only recevie the reward when the outcome is lost). The vouchers will be valid for 7 days. You can check the Validity Status and Period of your Vouchers anytime by going to "Vouchers", under "Me".

3. Why didn't I receive my reward/refunds/vouchers?
   a) The bet need to be your first bet on MSport. If you have placed your first bet before this promotion, then you'll not be qualified to get rewards.
   b) The outcome of your first bet need to be a loss.  First bet with a Won, Void outcome or be cashed out before settles will not be considered;
   c) Reward/Vouchers will be credited in 24 hours to your account after you are qualified to get reward(First bet settles with a Lost outcome). Please wait patiently and we'll distribute the reward asap.
   d) The reward is distrubited as vouchers while not as cash/real money in this promotion, so you can't find the reward in your "Balance". Please check your reward by going to "Vouchers", under "Me".
   e) Promotions and Vouchers are created in order to reward our most valued customers. Under suspect of fraud or abuse of this promotion by any customer, we reserve the right to remove Vouchers and associated winnings from a given account or any associated accounts.

4. Can the vouchers/reward be withdrawn?

Vouchers cannot be withdrawn directly but can be used as cash that count toward the total stake when placing bets.

5. Why my reward/refunds is not ₦200?

Vouchers refunded to customers value up to ₦200 according to the money acutally paid in each qulified bets.

7. What's the validity period of the vouchers/reward?

8. What is the exact time to deliver voucher?
