How to Turn Off Withdrawal Password Request

Withdrawal password enables you to keep your fund safe and protect your account from unauthorized withdrawals. The withdrawal password is designed for protecting the customer’s funds. When customer withdraw his money to a new bank card/account or existing bank account, he need to enter the withdrawal password. Of course, when he firstly withdraw to a new bank card/ account. He needs to set up the withdrawal password.

The withdrawal password is only used for customer’s withdrawal transaction and the password is a six-digit password. During a withdrawal to a new bank card, customer will meet this pop-up.

Please note that , the withdrawal password will be required for every withdrawal when the withdrawal password is turn on. However, customer can choose to close the withdrawal password requested. But when he withdraw to a new bank account. he will have to enter the withdrawal password.

Kindly follow the following process to turn off withdrawal password request:

 

 

• Login into your MSport account

• Click on ME icon (NB: Please note that the ME icon is your MSport account balance )

  

• Click on My Account "Nickname or Phone Number "

  

• Select  withdrawal password (NB: Once you select withdrawal password , you will be asked to enter your withdrawal password, please enter it)

  

• Then, it will direct to a page , from the page , select Password  required for every withdrawal 

  

• Click on verify to verify it.
