MSPORT ACCOUNT SELF-DEACTIVATION FEATURE.

With the new Self-deactivation feature on your MSport account, you are now in control.

Deactivating your account will log you out of all sessions on all devices.

Below are the steps on how to go about it.

Step 1. Login to your MSport.

Step 2. Kindly click on the Me icon as shown below.

Step 3. Kindly click on Hi or My Account .

Step 4. Scroll down to the base on the page and select Deactivation.

Step 5. Kindly select reasons for deactivation and if the listed options do not include your reason then click on other and write a brief description of why you want to deactivate your account then click on submit.

Step 6. Kindly input your login password and click on confirm as shown below.

Kindly note that once you confirm the deactivation you will be logged out from all sessions.

NOTE: Users can also self-reactivate a deactivated account by entering their login details and clicking on login.

A pop-up page will appear, and you can click on REACTIVATE to set the account active.
