This article is written to carefully guide you through all that concerns the newly launched casino game, Crash X. Read through carefully to start playing like a pro, whether as a new user or an existing one.

Step 2: HOW TO LOCATE CRASH X
i. From the homepage or menu, tap "GAMES."

ii. Scroll through the list of casino games and tap "Crash X."

Step 3: HOW TO PLAY

1. Enter a valid amount in the "Amount" field.


2. Place your bet before the rocket takes off. You can either choose to place the bet on one tab or bet on two tabs on the same round simultaneously. What other interesting way to win big at once!


3. Take your chance and wait until the multiplier reaches your desired goal.


4. Cash out before the rocket explodes. You can either do this manually by pressing the "Cash out" button or wait until the multiplier reaches your auto Cash out goal preset before the commencement of the round.



Keynotes on Crash X:
• The longer you stay in the game, the higher the payout you will get. However, as a game of risk, the rocket may explode at any moment. Hence, if you fail to cash out before the crash, you will lose the bet.

• Bet cancellation: It is possible to cancel the bet, but only before the rocket launches, by pressing the "Cancel" button. The bet amount returns to the amount balance afterwards.

• Cash out: Upon cash out, the stake amount is multiplied by the coefficient at the moment of cash out. The win amount is rounded down to two decimal places.

• Min & Max Multiplier:
The minimum win multiplier is ×1.01
The maximum win multiplier is ×999999.99. However, the maximum win is limited by the operator and can be accessed from the "Limits" section in the settings menu.

• Current Bets: In "current bets" block, there is a list of all the players in the ongoing game round.


• Rounds History: At the top of the game screen, there are the final multipliers of the previous game rounds, with blue, green, and yellow results colour indicators;
Blue, for multipliers below ×1.99
Green, for the multipliers between ×2.00 - ×9.99, and
Yellow, for the multipliers above ×10.00


• Ping: This is the latency between your device and game servers. Its value is displayed in the right bottom corner of the game screen.

Note: It is recommended to rely on the auto cash out value if the ping is more than 2000ms.
If the ping is more than 5000ms, it is not recommended to play at all because the displayed game situation will be 5 seconds beyond the real situation.

• Personal Statistics: Click on the player rank icon located in the middle of the game header to view your personal statistics. This information includes:
i. Current Rank: Rookie, Recruit, Crewman, Moon Walker, etc. This is determined by the number of bets you have placed.
ii. Flights: This represents the total number of bets you have placed.
iii. Maximum Multiplier: This records the highest multiplier at which you have successfully cashed out. The player must cash out before reaching the max. multiplier. Otherwise, the player loses their bet.
iv. Flying hours: This measures the approximate amount of time you have spent in the game (only the duration of rounds in which you participated is considered).
v. Average Multiplier: This calculates the average multiplier of your cash out multipliers divided by the number of the rounds you have played.
vi. RTP: Return To Player; the coefficient on which the game relies. It is the statistical average of payouts over billions of rounds.
Please note that due to rounding down, the RTP may vary depending on the bet size. That is, for a bet of "1.0," the min. RTP is 95.99%. However, when betting "0.1," the RTP can decrease to as low as 88.07%.
vii. Nickname Change: Click the three sliders icon at the upper right corner of the game screen to change to your preferred nickname and let your family & friends spot you as you play.

• Autoplay: You can switch to the Auto mode and configure the bet settings so that the system will play instead of you while you rest.
Note that you can stop auto betting by clicking on the "Stop Autoplay" button.
Settings on Autoplay:
i. Bet amount: The bet amount will be applied for every auto game.
ii. Number of game rounds: If the field is left blank, the game will run until you press the stop button.
iii. Cash out value: You can still use the manual cash out when auto bet is switched on. It will not affect the next games in the queue.
iv. Actions on win/lose: Depending on the progress of your games, you can either increase the bet sum by N% or rest into the default value that was set in the "Amount" field.
"Stop at any win" toggle will stop the autoplay on win, even if the number of rounds in the queue is greater than 0.

• Bet History: To view your bet history, click the three sliders icon at the upper right corner of the game screen and look through the list of options to find "My bets."


• Disconnection policy: We prioritize the security and satisfaction of our players, even in the event of unexpected internet connection interruptions.
Here's how we handle such situations:
If a player's internet connection is lost during an active game, the placed bets will remain active. The game will proceed, and if the round multiplier reaches the player's pre-set auto cashout value, the bet will be successfully settled. If the round ends before reaching the pre-set auto cashout value, the bet will be lost, as per normal gameplay.
In the case of autobets, they will cease if a disconnection occurs. Once the connection is restored, autobets will not resume automatically. Players must manually re-enable this feature.
In the rare event that our server experiences an issue, we have a policy in place to refund all bets placed during the affected game rounds. The full bet amount will be returned to the player's balance.
