Withdrawal Password Reset or Forgotten password

A withdrawal password is very important because it adds an extra layer of security to your account, especially for financial activities like:

• Protecting your money: Even if someone hacks your main login, they still can't take your money without the withdrawal password.

• Preventing unauthorized withdrawals: Only someone who knows the withdrawal password can move funds out of your account (for example, from a crypto exchange, online bank, or wallet).

• Enhancing account security: It separates your access password (used to log in) from your transaction password (used for withdrawals), making it harder for hackers.

• Building trust: Platforms that use withdrawal passwords show users they care about serious security standards.

However, if you forgot your withdrawal password, please note that you can reset it. Please find below steps on how to reset your withdrawal password;
Login to your MSport account using the registered mobile number
Click on the "Me" icon at the top right where you have the balance

On the next page displayed, click on your registered Phone number

Select 'Withdrawal Password” on the list of options displayed

Below the boxes to input the password click on 'Forget Password'

Input the six digit OTP that is sent to your registered phone number and click Next

Input the new withdrawal password of your choice and confirm it (6 digits)

Click on Reset password.
