Users who have iPhones or iPads have the opportunity to download the MSport APP on their devices. This will make it easy for users to access the platform at a faster and easy pace, unlike using the web page, where the user will have to first open a web browser before entering the Msport URL to be able to access the site. The Msport APP on an IOS device has the DELETE feature, allowing users to delete their account permanently. Also, with the Msport APP installed on an IOS, the user can allow the use of face ID, fingerprint, or passcode to log in if that setting is turned on.
Some user usually complain about not being able to download the Msport APP from their APPLE STORE and this is because their APPLE ID is not in GHANA, NIGERIA, or UGANDA. Msport currently operates in these three countries, and if the APPLE ID is in any other location apart from this, the user will not be able to download the APP.
Below are the steps one can follow to change the APPLE ID to his or her region.
STEP 1: Select the APPLE STORE APP from the homepage
STEP 2: Click on the PROFILE icon at the top right corner as shown below
STEP 3: Select and click on "Personalized Recommendations."
STEP 4: Select and click on Account Settings as shown below, and you will be asked to input your APPLE ID password
STEP 5: Select "Country/Region" to change the country/region to your region, thus the location of your registered phone number. Click on DONE in the top left corner to apply the changes
NB: Note that changing the location of the APPLE ID will cancel all subscriptions done, and this might affect some already downloaded APPs
