HOW TO CHANGE THE WITHDRAWAL PASSWORD

The withdrawal password is what gives one access to making withdrawals on their msport account- and to be able to do this, one must receive what is called an OTP.

The OTP stands for One-Time password. It is a temporary code usually made up of numbers on the msport platform that is used for authentication. It is commonly sent to a phone or email to verify identity especially when logging in and effecting withdrawals as is in this case, as well as making transactions, or performing sensitive actions online. 



Withdrawal password can be changed or Reset if forgotten. Below are the steps on how to change the withdrawal password 

1. Change withdrawal Password

• Click on the 'ME' icon
• Click on the pencil like icon beside your registered Phone number
• Select 'Withdrawal Password'
• Input the old withdrawal password
• Select 'Change Withdrawal Password'
• Input the old Withdrawal password again and click next
• Input he new withdrawal password of your choice and confirm it (6 digits)
• click on Reset password.
  

After following this steps you will successfully change your withdrawal password.

2. Reset Withdrawal Password

• Click on the 'ME' icon
• Click on the pencil like icon beside your registered Phone number
• Select 'Withdrawal Password
• Below the boxes to input the password click on 'Forget Password'
• Input the six digit OTP that is sent to your registered phone number and click Next
• Input the new withdrawal password of your choice and confirm it (6 digits)
• click on Reset password.

After following these steps you will successfully Reset your withdrawal password.

NOTE: In a situation where you do not receive One Time Password (OTP) after several trials.

Kindly check if your Do Not Disturb (DND) is active.
To check, text Allow to 2442 with your registered phone number on MSport then reply 1 to the prompt message. 

proceed and click on forgot password. 

Then you will be able to get the One Time Password (OTP)
