Users can set up an application lock on their MSPORT APP either by face lock or passcode lock. This provides an extra form of security for the user and this prevents others from accessing the MSPORT APP. When this lock is activated, only the user can access the Msport APP either by scanning the face ID or entering a passcode (set-up device passcode) to open the MSPORT APP. This app lock setup is a system upgrade for IOS devices with version 18 or later. When the user clicks or selects the Msport APP from the homepage, the system will require him or her to pass a security verification either by face ID scan or passcode before he or she can even access the MSPORT APP and the user can enter the login details after that.
Below are steps to set up the APP LOCK on the IOS device.
NB: User must download the Msport APP first
STEP 1: Select the Msport APP
STEP 2: Long press on the MSport APP to access the quick menu
STEP 3: Select REQUIRES FACE ID and confirm the action by selecting REQUIRE FACE ID again. The system will scan your face ID if the face ID is already set up. If not, the device system will require you to enter the passcode set up.
After this, anytime the user selects the MSport APP to access it, the system will require a face ID or passcode.
