STEPS ON HOW TO CHANGE WITHDRAWAL ACCOUNT NAME

For changing the name of your Msport account,

Kindly follow the steps below;

Step 1: Please go to My Account -> Name -> MSport Account Name page

Step 2: Click on Hi,...

Step 3: Click on Account Security. 

Step 4: Kindly click Name ( Check Details)

Step 5: Click on the reset button below to start submitting the required document.

Step 6: Kindly wait for the auditing by the system. The account name will be reset automatically if you pass the audition.

Step 7: Once passed the verification, the 1st withdrawal initiated transaction asset name will be set

automatically as your Msport name.
