UNDERSTANDING THE CASHOUT SYSTEM

Understand that every organisation and establishment have got rules guiding them and protecting their interests and those of their customers so that the relationship between them is cordial. These rules are generally referred to as TERMS and CONDITIONS. Before listing these terms, let us define CASHOUT so that we have a proper understanding of the term.

What is Cashout?
Cashout is a revolutionary real-time feature that allows you control over your bet. Use it to guarantee yourself a profit, or cut your losses.

Below are the cash Out Terms and Conditions of the msport platform 
i.  Cash Out is available on a wide variety of markets. However, MSport has the right to remove some games or competitions or sports from the Cash Out offer at anytime without prior notice.

ii.  A time delay in accepting a Cashout request is in place. If a price changes or a market suspends then the Cashout of the original amount request may not be successful.

iii. If the Cashout request is successful, this will be displayed and the bet will be settled immediately. The actual final result of the related market will have no impact on the Cashout amount.

iv. The Cashout amount offered at any time is the total amount that will be returned to your account if successful.

Where we have reason to believe that a Cashout is carried out after the outcome of an event is known, we reserve the right to void the orignal bet that was cashed out.

Bets placed with voucher cannot be cashed out.

MSport cannot guarantee that the Cashout feature will be available on your bet selection.

MSport will not be responsible if the Cashout feature is not available for technical reasons and bets will stand as originally placed during any such period.

MSport reserves the right to accept or decline any bet/wager requested for any sport, competition, market or bet type that is included in the Cashout feature.

MSport reserves the right to amend, suspend or remove the Cashout feature at any time for any event, fixture or market. Any bets placed on such events, fixtures or markets will stand as originally placed.

MSport reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a Cashout if the bet or a market is settled in error.

What ways can I Cashout?
You can cashout on your bets which are unsettled.

Partial Cashout
You can cashout partially and remain part of stake. Partial cashout is allowed when the unsettled bet is single or multiple with one combination. You can have 10 times of partial cashout for single bet and 5 times for multiple bet.

How can I Cashout?
Simply log in to your account and select the corresponding bets for "Cashout" on the "My Bets" page.

Please note that Cashout is only available over NGN 40.00, and also bets placed with voucher cannot be cashed out.

How much will I win?
Your Cashout amount depends on the likely outcome of your bet. The more likely it is to come through, the greater the amount you can Cashout.
