HOW TO TURN ON/OFF THE MOBILE DATA FOR THE MSPORT APP ON AN IPHONE (DEVICE SETTINGS: IOS 15 & lower)

Turning off the Mobile data option from the device's system will prevent the Msport APP from accessing the device's mobile data connection. When this happens, one will not be able to access the platform. You can turn it off or on by following the steps

STEP 1: Select the SETTINGS APP from the homepage

STEP 2: From the list, scroll down and select MSPORT 

STEP 3: Toggle between the ON and OFF buttons beside the MOBILE DATA option as shown below 

NB: Once the device is connected to an external internet connection ( WIFI), the user can be able to access the Msport APP even though the Mobile data might be OFF
