How to attach screenshot to a live chat

From the live chat page, kindly click on the attach icon on the left side of the chat box as shown in the screenshot below

It will take you to options showing camera and documents
Click on document as shown in the screenshot below

It will take you to where your screenshot is saved, Kindly select the particular screenshot you wish to attach and it will automatically be sent to the live chat page.
