REASONS WHY A MATCH IS ABANDONED

The common reason games are abandoned is due to :
i. conflict on the pitch, which could be as a reason of a rough tackle, poor officiating or an unprofessional act by a player.
ii. Other factors could be racism and the weather factor.
The weather conditions play a huge part in match post-poning and abandoning.

However all other factors that causes the abandonment of a game can be controlled and avoided.

If in the opinion of the Match Referee the matter cannot be dealt with satisfactorily and the welfare of any participants remains at risk, in terms of the threat of continued abuse or violence, they should consider abandoning the match.

STATE OF TICKET WHEN MATCH IS ABANDONED IN MSPORT
It seems to depend on what you have bet on and more specifically where – as to what happens next.

In English football, for example, abandoned matches tend to be replayed at a later date, although the Football Association’s rules on that are gloriously vague.

Any Match that is not completed due to either of the factors above irrespective of the time is considered abandoned in Msport.

However; If any match is abandoned, rescheduled we will take the following action:
If the match is confirmed to take place within 48 hours of the original kick-off time, all bets on the match will stand, unless:
If confirmation of the rescheduled start time is not received within 48 hours hours of the original kick-off time, the exact match abandoned will be voided in the ticket and the rest of the bets in the ticket will be settled accordingly
If the selection is in a multiple bet or accumulator any refund must be requested before kick-off of the first leg of the multiple bet.
