Withdrawal Password

Withdrawal password enables you to keep your fund safe and protect your account from unauthorized withdrawals. The withdrawal password is designed for protecting the customer’s funds. When customer withdraw his money to a new bank card/account or existing bank account, he need to enter the withdrawal password. Of course, when he firstly withdraw to a new bank card/ account. He needs to set up the withdrawal password.

The withdrawal password is only used for customer’s withdrawal transaction and the password is a six-digit password. During a withdrawal to a new bank card, customer will meet this pop-up.

Then customer can click the “verify” to begin the withdraw password setting process.

Haven done that, customer need to complete the phone number verification to get OTP for the completion of the verification process.

Below is the following process in setting up a withdrawal password

• Login to your MSport account using the registered mobile number
• Click on the "Me" icon at the top right where you have the balance
• On the next page displayed, click on the pencil-like icon beside your mobile number at the top of the page
• Select "withdrawal password" on the list of options and follow the onscreen menu to complete the process

• Do note that if you are unable to get the OTP via SMS, simply click on “verify by security mail” to complete the process

The withdrawal password will be  successfully set and you will receive a congratulatory message

Please note that , the withdrawal password will be required for every withdrawal when the withdrawal password is turn on. Customer can choose to close the withdrawal password. But when he withdraw to a new bank account. he will have to enter the withdrawal password.
