How to setup Two – Factor Authentication on Zendesk

1.) Download the Google Authenticator app from Playstore for Android or from App store for Iphone devices.

2.) Click on the “View profile” link under your MSport Agent Name.
3.) Click on “Security Settings”
4.) Click on “Manage” on the Two-factor Authentication tab.

5.) Click on set up 2FA.

6.) Select your preferred 2FA method.
N.B: Kindly select the Authenticator APP method.

7.) Click on the (+) icon at the bottom right corner of the google authenticator app.
Click on Scan a QR code.
Scan the QR code displayed on your screen, and enter the 6-digit code displayed on the google authenticator app.
Click on save to successfully setup 2FA on your Zendesk account.
