Palmpay Deposit Not Arrived.

Kindly confirm if your palmpay account has been debited but the amount has not been reflected on your MSport account. If yes, don't worry, you can file a dispute with Quickteller and the money will be refunded.

The Quickteller dispute steps are as follows:

1. Kindly click on the 'ME' icon.
2. Click on "MY TRANSACTIONS"

3. Click on the Spanner-like icon at the top right corner of the page.

4. Click on Quickteller deposit not arrived.

N.B. Only transactions linked to your MSport Login PhoneNumber can be found.
5. Click on Look it Up
