It has come to our notice that lots of our Ghanaian customers have been having challenges on the rejection of their card during KYC while registering on the platform.
The reason for the rejection of the card for KYC during registration process is as a result of the name used in registering the mobile wallet being different from the name on the Ghana card.
Therefore, you inform the customer to check the name, as registered mobile wallet name and the Ghana card name must be tally for the success of the KYC process.
