Select games on the dash board and click on it,

Check the below screenshot and select mad punch,

Kindly click on the logo that looks like a human head at top right hand corner, below is the screenshot of that,

Select bet history and click on the related one,

Kindly copy the ticket ID and share for assistance thank screenshot below.
